1. Course Purchases (One-Time Payments)
Refunds are NOT provided once course access is granted, except under the conditions listed below.
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, AND
You have accessed less than 10% of the course content, AND
No certificate, internship access, downloadable resources, or bonus materials have been claimed
If these conditions are met, the refund will be processed after verification.

Courses where more than 10% of content has been accessed
Courses with issued certificates
Internship programs or internship-linked courses
Mentorship sessions, live workshops, or webinars once attended
Downloadable materials, templates, source code, or project files
Promotional, discounted, or scholarship-based enrollments
3. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
You may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid being charged for the next cycle
Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period
